- Located at front registration area; table beside the stairway
- Welcome all veterans, give veteran-specific lapel label. Job Fair exhibitors will be aware of veterans and watching for their lapel label.
- Use “clicker” to count attendees; then hand out specified Job Fair materials
- Direct all veterans to veteran support table(s) located along front window area
- Some attendees will have already registered on-line; take their form and direct them towards the main ballroom
- For those who haven’t done on-line registration, direct them to next registration table to fill out required information form
Volunteers are asked to wear dark slacks and white or light colored long-sleeve shirt. All volunteers will be provided with a red “Volunteer” t-shirt to wear for their shift.
