We will need our volunteers to assist with registration and guiding guests to their seats, your role will help bring this dazzling evening to life.
At the nights end, after the final toast, we are looking for some helping hands to pack up this evening to remember.

There are many shifts available between when the event starts and ends.
Note: all volunteers who work DURING the event (4pm-11pm) will have a 1.5-2 hour mandatory training dinner in the weeks prior to the Gala where staff will show them how to utilize ClickBid and answer any questions. Information will be sent out in September
