Community Connect is a one-day event connecting Livingston County residents in need with free information, services, and basic needs resources.
Loading Assistants are needed to facilitate an orderly and safe event.
You will:
- Get a briefing before your shift
- Situate yourself near the exit
- Assist Guests with transporting their giveaways to their vehicles
- Be polite and proactive
- Brief event organizers as you leave your post
- Be making a huge difference for a safe and orderly event, so THANK YOU!
Plan to:
- Be inside AND outside during most of your shift. Dress for your comfort in doing so
- Be standing and walking during most of your shift. Wear comfortable footwear and layers as needed
- Communicate with event organizers if any accidents or issues occur
