PCYDI (Pinckney Community Youth Development Initiative)

Mission: To create collaborative community partnerships dedicated to empowering youth.

PCYDI is a non-profit 501-c3 organization whose mission is to support our community in partnerships dedicated to helping our students and community make healthy, positive choices. It is the goal of PCYDI to act as a Hub for our youth and community thru supporting and sponsorship of positive alternatives, healthy choices, engaging activities and student & family friendly events.

PCYDI provides free tutoring to Pinckney school students, participates in community events such as; Art in the Park and Spooktacular. We also co/sponsor events like Run for the Gold, held each spring! PCYDI works in partnership with Pinckney Community schools, as well as, local businesses, churches and other organizations working to better our communities.

PCYDI is currently housed in the Hub, the little red building, in the town square of downtown Pinckney. The Hub is a community-owned space and available for different non-profit groups and organizations to use!
