Community Connect – 2026!
This free event, held in February, connects people with needed information, resources, and free services in a family-friendly, convenient environment. Guests are provided access to free health screenings, legal consultation, employment services featuring local job opportunities, food, clothing, books, personal care items, haircuts, and much more.
The event will be held on Saturday, February 7 from 10 am – 1 pm at 2|42 Community Church located on Grand River in Brighton.
The event is specific to Livingston County folks and will provide basic needs such as personal care items, pantry staples, household paper items like toilet paper, laundry detergent, and to-go box lunch.
What We Do
We host a one-day event sharing basic-needs resources and information with families who need them, while providing hands-on volunteer and multi-agency networking opportunities for those who want to lend a hand.
